The Travelers standard

Four values. One standard.

Talent creates opportunity. These four habits are what we coach, what we expect, and what families can expect from us.

Develop.

We coach with purpose and measure progress beyond wins and losses. Players are expected to put in quality reps outside team practice.

Own it.

Preparation, attendance, communication and effort all matter. Coaches give direction; players own the work.

Compete.

We prepare players to compete under pressure, accept defined roles and respond when the game gets hard.

Character.

How a player treats teammates, coaches, opponents and umpires matters. Humble in success, composed in adversity.

The Travs family

A serious club with a community feel.

Since 2022, Travelers has grown from four teams to 16 this fall, mostly because families told other families. Friendships here start on the field and last well past the last out.

From the founder
Our responsibility is to coach the player in front of us while preparing him for the player he can become. A weekend's results never tell the whole story.
